Acceptance of terms

By using Applyr's website, free ATS checker, account features, or Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the service. By using Applyr, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The service

Applyr provides a free ATS resume checker, AI-powered resume tailoring, job matching, a cover letter builder, and a Chrome extension. The free plan includes a limited number of daily uses. Features and limits may change as the product evolves. We will communicate material changes to active account holders by email.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at founder@applyr.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the service.
• Automate bulk usage beyond published rate limits or circumvent access controls.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Your content

You retain full ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Applyr a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the service: scoring, tailoring, generating exports, and related features described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

AI-generated output

Applyr's ATS scores are estimates based on publicly known ATS behaviour. They are not a guarantee of interview callbacks, hiring outcomes, or any particular result. Tailored resumes and cover letters generated by Applyr are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it.

Intellectual property

Applyr, its branding, product design, and underlying technology are owned by Adhiraj Singh Thiroda. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the service as described here.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Applyr and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, revenue, or employment opportunities. In any case, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to Applyr in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, while the service is free, is zero).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Applyr and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You can close your account from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active account holders by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
